ENNewspaper "Mūsų rytojus" is one of the most popular publications in the interwar period in Lithuania. The aim of the article is to briefly recall the topics, the situation of the general Lithuanian language, the importance for lituanisation process in the newspaper on the interwar period "Mūsų rytojus". After reviewing articles published in the newspaper, it can be argued that the editoral staff of the newspaper was familiar with the language requirements of that time, and attempted to comply with them and disseminated them. But the generic language was not yet completely customized, its terminology varied, and there were a number of barbarims and wrong translations. On the other hand, the vocabulary of "Mūsų rytojus" reflects not only the realities of that time - political, economic, and cultural life, world events, but this is the disclosure of a certain general Lithuanian language, which testifies to the peculiarities of real usage and development.
