LTStraipsnyje pristatomas bendrojo išprusimo vietos ir funkcijų asmenybės kognityvinių savybių sistemoje tyrimas. Tai mokslinių šaltinių analizė, kurios objektas – bendrojo išprusimo ir intelekto bei semantinės atminties santykis. Straipsnyje pristatomas tyrimas yra sudėtinė dalis diagnostinio tyrimo, kuriuo siekiama teoriškai ir empiriškai atskleisti Lietuvos jaunuolių ir jaunų suaugusiųjų bendrojo išprusimo diagnostinę prasmę, galimybes ir parengti teorinį pagrindą šalies sociokultūrines sąlygas atitinkančiam “Jaunuolių ir jaunų suaugusiųjų bendrojo išprusimo testui”. ENThe paper deals with the analysis of the place of theoretical general knowledge and the function of cognitive qualities of a personality. The subject of the analysis is the proportion among general knowledge, intellect and semantic memory. The research presented in the article is a constituent part of the diagnostic research, the theoretical and empirical aims of which are to the sense of the diagnostics of general knowledge of the youth and young adults and possibilities to prepare a theoretical background for general knowledge test for the youth and young adults, corresponding to the social and cultural conditions of Lithuania.
