Regiono plėtros planas kaip didaktinė medžiaga ekonomikos ir vadybos specialistų rengimui

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjamas regiono plėtros plano rengimo metodikos taikymas sociologijos modulyje numatytiems tyrimams. Tyrimo bazę sudaro studentų dešimties grupių sociologinių tyrimų grupinės ataskaitos. Studentai grupėmis atliko regiono plėtros plano rengimo galimybių studiją. Pateikiama tyrimų ataskaitų struktūra, analizuojami studentų rezultatai bei tyrimų problematika. Tyrimu pagrįsta, kad studentai įgijo sociologinių tyrimų patirties dirbdami su regiono ekonominiais ir socialiniais rodikliais, išplėtojo savo kompetencijas strateginio planavimo teoriją bei metodiką pritaikyti konkrečios regiono perspektyvos numatymui, išmoko tvirčiau pagrįsti ir įrodyti socialinio pobūdžio teiginius, plėtojo analitinius gebėjimus, kaupė reikiamą informaciją ir ją pritaikė regiono strateginio planavimo problematikai spręsti. Daugelyje ekonominio arba vadybinio profilio studijų modulių tikslinga sieti teoriją su empiriniais tyrimais bei jų rezultatų apibendrinimais. Tyrimai įprasmina teoriją, moko konkrečioje aplinkoje formuoti naujas žinias bei priimti pagrįstus praktinius sprendimus. Regiono plėtros planas tampa svarbia didaktine medžiaga ne tik sociologijos moduliui. Daug dėstytojų turi galimybę iš plano medžiagos imti praktinius savo dėstomų teorijų pavyzdžius, konkrečios regiono problemos tampa gera didaktine medžiaga optimalių sprendinių paieškai ir analizei. ENThe article examines the use of the preparation of a regional development plan as research required by the sociology module. The base of this study consists of sociological research reports by ten student groups. The students made a feasibility of the preparation of a regional development plan in groups. The article presents the structure of research reports, as well as analyses the students’ research results and topics. This study shows that, by working with the regional economic and social indicators, the students acquired experience in sociological research; expanded their knowledge of the theory of strategic planning and the methods of its application to identify the prospects of a particular region; learned to justify and prove social arguments; developed their analytical skills; collected the necessary information and applied it to solve issues in regional strategic planning. It is desirable to link theory to empirical research and its generalised results in many economic or management modules. Research gives significance to theory and teaches acquiring new knowledge in a particular environment, as well as making well-reasoned practical decisions. A regional development plan may become an important didactic material not only in the sociology module. Many lecturers have the possibility to draw practical examples of the theories that they teach from the materials of the plan, while particular regional problems may serve to illustrate the search for and the analysis of optimal decisions.
