Atlikus Šiaulių miesto bei jo artimiausiose apylinkėse esančių maitinimo įstaigų apklausą, nustatyta, kad nei vien jų neteikia šios paslaugos. Susisteminus ir įvertinus įvairių autorių nuomones, straipsnyje pateikta naujos paslaugos teikimo vizija. ENThe purpose of this article is to analyse catering facilities for the nutrition company ‘Arkos’. After the research was done, based on other nutrition companies within Siauliai, and its close neighbourhood, it was realised that none of these companies provide catering services. After systemizing and evaluating other authors’ opinions, this article introduces a new vision for catering service. By creating, installing and reviewing new theories of service, it is necessary to define service specifications – and by seeking lower expenditures within these new services, thus using methodical potential. In addition, this article evaluates the nutrition company’s environment which influences its activity where it was realised that economical, scientific and technological environments are favourable for catering services, as they are also adapted to political and legal environments. Although social and cultural environments including demographic countries, indicate unfavourable prospects for a nutrition company’s activity. For nutrition company ‘Arkos’ was also proposed organizational model. [From the publication]
