Specialiojo pedagogo socialinių nuostatų raiška pedagoginėje sąveikoje

LTTyrimų duomenys rodo, jog pedagogų nuostatos turi įtakos jų sąveikos su mokiniais stiliui, kontaktų kiekybei ir kokybei, mokinių elgesiui, sąveikos struktūravimui. Straipsnyje pristatomo tyrimo tikslas – atskleisti, kaip pedagogo socialinės nuostatos specialiojo ugdymo struktūroje lemia pedagoginę sąveiką klasėje. Specialiojo pedagogo socialinių nuostatų raiškos pedagoginėje sąveikoje tyrimui pasirinktas standartizuoto tipo stebėjimo metodas. Pedagoginės sąveikos stebėjimo duomenų turinio bei statistinė analizė parodė, jog, vertinant iš struktūrinių ir dinamikos pozicijų, specialiųjų pedagogų, kurių socialinės nuostatos yra skirtingos valentingumo požiūriu, sąveikos kokybė skiriasi. ENResearch data show that the attitudes of pedagogues influence the style of their interaction with the students, the quantity and the quality of contacts, the behaviour of students, and the structure of interaction. The article presents research that aimed to show how the social attitudes of pedagogues in special education influence pedagogical interaction in the classroom. A standardised observation method was chosen for studying the manifestations of the social attitudes of special pedagogues in pedagogical interaction. The content analysis and the statistical analysis of the data of observation of the pedagogical interaction showed that the quality of the interaction of special pedagogues with different social attitudes in terms of valency was structurally and dynamically different. The positive influence of the special pedagogue’s social attitudes to the pedagogical interaction was characterised by such factors as the individualised communication with students, the students’ adequate responsiveness, less negative assessments and the regularity of interaction during the class.
