J. Laužikas apie mokyklos ir šeimos ryšius

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjamas J. Laužiko pedagoginis palikimas, išryškinamos šeimos ir mokyklos funkcijos, nustatomi jų tarpusavio ryšiai ir pastangos teikti ir vienyti mokyklos bendruomenę. XXI a. modernėjant ir integruojantis valstybėms vis aktualesnis tampa pasaulio visuomenės siekis įgyvendinti nuolatinį mokymą(si). Siekiant išanalizuoti tokio mokymosi paskatas, reikia retrospektyviai vertinti švietimo sistemos pasiekimus. Remiantis Lietuvos švietimo reformos teorinėmis įžvalgomis galima analizuoti mokyklos bendruomenės kūrimo požymius bei formavimosi tendencijas. J. Laužikas gana nuodugniai tyrinėjo socialines ugdymo problemas. Profesorius teigė, kad aplinkos ir žmogaus santykiai bei veikimo klausimai yra pedagoginės veiklos centriniai postulatai. Straipsnyje analizuojama šeimos ir mokyklos santykių plėtra, siekiama atskleisti dviejų ugdymo institucijų – šeimos ir mokyklos – poveikį asmenybės tapsmo procese. Nagrinėjant jų sklaidą, raišką analizuota šeimos ir mokyklos veiksmų dermė. J. Laužikas vienu svarbiausių pedagoginių uždavinių laikė visapusiškos asmenybės formavimą(si). Profesorius analizavo išorinių veiksnių lemiamą įtaką asmenybės raidai. J. Laužikas išskyrė pagrindinius veiksnius – natūrą, kultūrą ir žmones. Aplinkos poveikis žmogui yra įvairus ir sudėtingas, nuolat kintantis. Tačiau veiksmingai ugdo tokia aplinka, kuri pagrįsta glaudžiais tarpusavio santykiais. Nagrinėdamas mokyklą, kaip socialinį fenomeną, J. Laužikas išryškino mokyklos bendruomenę, kurią kuria, padeda formuoti ir tęsti tradicijas mokytojas – svarbiausias ugdymo, besimokančios visuomenės veiksnys. ENThe pedagogical heritage of Jonas Laužikas is considered in the article, functions of the family and a school are elucidated; interrelations and efforts to concentrate and unite a school community are determined. With states becoming more modern and integrated in the 21st century, the world’s aspiration to implement life-long education is becoming ever more important. Seeking to analyse such drive for learning it is necessary to retrospectively evaluate the achievements of the educational system. On the basis of the theoretical insights of the Lithuanian Educational Reform it is possible to analyse features of the creation of a school community and tendencies in its formation. Jonas Laužikas investigated problems of social education quite thoroughly. The Professor stated that issues of relationship between the environment and an individual and those of activity are central postulates of the pedagogical activity. The article analyses the development of relationship between the family and school, it seeks to reveal the effect of two educational institutions – the family and school – on the process of the formation of the personality. Laužikas regarded the formation of the all-rounded personality as one of the most significant goals of pedagogy. He analysed the impact of external factors on the development of the personality. He singled out the following key factors – nature, culture and people. The impact of the environment is diverse, complicated and constantly changing. However, the environment based on close interrelations is the most effective. When investigating school as a social phenomenon he accentuated the role of a school community.
