ENThe article is an attempt of study of the urban fashion, mostly of female city dwellers, on the burial items from the burial ground of late 13th - early 15th cc. found in Vilnius, at the "Russian Konetz". What were hats and decorations citizens and residents of the neighboring territories of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania were wearing at that time? What are the differences and similarities between nimbi detected in princely centers and peripheral cemeteries? The study shows that two main princely centers of ethnic Lithuania: Vilnius and Kernavė were fashion trendsetters in Lithuania. The question still remains about the place fashion for such decorations and technology of their production came to the cities of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. [From the publication]
