Matematikos mokymo(si) proceso humanizavimo galimybės

LTŠvietimo reformos Lietuvoje pradininkai pastebi, jog šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje augančio žmogaus dvasinė sklaida atsilieka nuo civilizacijos technokratinės plėtros tempų, todėl mokyklai keliamas itin svarbus uždavinys ugdyti harmoningą asmenybę. Iškyla būtinybė humanizuoti ugdymą, kiekvieno mokomojo dalyko ugdymo tikslus siejant su bendraisiais asmenybės ugdymo tikslais. Straipsnyje pristatomi tyrimo, atlikto rengiant disertacinį darbą, rezultatai: išryškintos matematikos mokymo(si) proceso V-oje pagrindinės mokyklos klasėje humanizavimo galimybės bei nustatyti veiksmingi jo realizavimo būdai. Tyrimas parodė, jog siekdami humanizuoti matematikos mokymo(si) procesą, matematikos mokytojai turėtų daugiau supažindinti mokinius su humaniškumo turiniu, iškeldami humanistines vertybes mokomojoje medžiagoje, remdamiesi sociokultūrine ir tarpdalykine integracija, plėtoti humanistinėmis vertybėmis grindžiamus mokinių ir mokytojų bei mokinių tarpusavio santykius, konstruodami interpretacinės pedagogikos nuostatomis paremtą mokymo metodiką. Atsižvelgiant į nustatytus jaunesniųjų paauglių humaniško elgesio ypatumus, matematikos mokytojams, siekiantiems formuoti mokinių humanišką elgesį, galima rekomenduoti ugdyti mokinių savigarbą ir pagarbą, stengtis geriau pažinti savo ugdytinius ir padėti jiems pažinti save, daugiau dėmesio skirti berniukų humaniškumo ugdymui, padėti mokiniams siekti aukštesnio statuso klasėje, tinkamai organizuojant mokinių tarpusavio bendravimą mokymosi veikloje. ENThe initiators of the educational reform in Lithuania notice that the spiritual development of persons growing up in the contemporary society lags behind the pace of the technocratic development of the civilisation and, therefore, the school is facing the serious challenge of educating a harmonious personality. Thus, it is necessary to humanise education by relating the educational goals of each subject to the general goals of personality development. The article presents the results of the dissertation research and highlights the possibilities of the humanisation of the teaching (learning) of mathematics in the 5th grade of main schools, as well as the effective means of achieving it. The research showed that, in order to humanise the process of teaching (learning) mathematics, mathematics teachers should focus more on introducing schoolchildren to the humanist content, emphasising the humanist values in the study materials on the basis of sociocultural and interdisciplinary integration. The teachers should develop the mutual teacher-student relations on the basis of humanist values and ground their teaching methods on the requirements of interpretive pedagogy. Taking into account the determined peculiarities the humane behaviour of younger adolescents, it is recommended that mathematics teachers who seek to shape their students’ humane behaviour inculcate the self-esteem and respectfulness in schoolchildren, attempt to understand their students better and help them learn about themselves, pay more attention to the educating the humanity of boys, help their students seeking better status in the class, and organise communication between students during the learning activities.
