Working group's value orientation within a construction company

ENModel of forming universal working group’s value orientation is offered in this article. By applying it, goals of organisation may be reached through consciously created orientation of values of working group. During the process of adaptation and training, it is recommended to involve new employees into the process of values contamination and assimilation. Totality of analysed working group’s values corresponds to values of employees, their behaviour and creed. Group members are not satisfied only with monotony (10.3 %). The reason may be work specifics at construction companies. Thus managers of working group should consider to it when allocating work tasks, as it has great significance for activity results of the construction company. It should be stated that created “model of forming value orientation in working group” is used when forming working groups at construction companies. By applying it, goals of organisation may be reached through consciously created working group’s value orientation. [From the publication]
