ENThe analysis of the intercultural communication assumptions arising certain nuances of customary law, based on primary source monograph by A. Antonowitz Byelorussian writings in the arabic script and their graphic-orthographic system taking into account the interpretation of various phenomena by linguists, sociologists, cultural historians. The aim of this paper is to fill in the niche in the investigation of multilingual texts, created by authors and copyists in the wide area of the present Lithuania, Polish and Belarus. The article is mostly concentrated on different aspects of customary law, but, aiming to show the wholeness and uniqueness of the manuscript heritage, interсultural aspect of the texts published in A. Antonowitz book is taken into account as well. The paper consists of introduction, two analytical parts and conclusions. The most important aspects of texts are the formation of the community custom tradition, the showing out of the most important semantic centres. In connection with the above considerations it should be noted that the texts in A. Antonowitz book constitute rather reliable material for studying such phenomens of the customary law as conception of goodness and evil, sense of community. The analysed texts were being formed together with the literature of those times, adapting to the general tendencies of the development. The main direction of the formation of texts (mostly anonymous, but sometimes authorized) is the growing content of customary images, the richeness of associations and the growth of cultural contexts. The paper ends with conclusions, which resume the process of the work and the most important discoveries. [From the publication]
