Nacionalinio kraštovaizdžio tvarkymo plano sprendinių aptarimas miesto ir kaimo sąveikos kraštovaizdžių aspektu

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjamas 2015-10-02 patvirtintas Lietuvos Respublikos nacionalinis kraštovaizdžio tvarkymo planas. Dokumentas apima visą Lietuvos teritoriją ir nustato Lietuvos kraštovaizdžio apsaugos ir naudojimo principines nuostatas bei svarbiausias tvarkymo kryptis, todėl tai yra itin svarbi kraštovaizdžių formavimo grandis, integruojanti globalias, regionines tendencijas, krašto savitumą bei poreikius ir konkrečius planavimo uždavinius. Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti Nacionalinio kraštovaizdžio tvarkymo plano sprendinius miesto ir kaimo sąveikos kraštovaizdžių aspektu: išsiaiškinti, kaip dokumente įvardijami ir traktuojami šie kraštovaizdžiai, kaip siūloma juos formuoti, tvarkyti ir naudoti. ENThe article is aimed at analyzing the National Landscape Plan of the Republic of Lithuania adopted on 2nd October 2015. The solutions of the document cover the entire territory of Lithuania and determine the principal preservation and use provisions and management trends of country's landscape; this makes this document an important part in landscape development, integrating global, regional trends, country's identity and needs, and the particular territorial planning tasks. The aim of the research is to analyze the proposals of the National Landscape Plan from the point of view of the rural-urban interface landscapes: to determine how these landscapes are characterized and treated in the document, how they should be developed, managed and used according to the provisions of the document.
