The discussion will also take a closer look at possible connections between the methods of kanklės making and Lithuanian traditional customs. The research goal is to provide an overview of creative pursuits and works of kanklės makers and their significance in the ethnic culture of Lithuania during the 2nd half of the 19th and the beginning of the 21st century.
