Nematerialaus paveldo vadybos strateginės kryptys materialiuose kultūros paveldo objektuose : Panemunės pilies atvejis

LTStraipsnyje pristatomas tyrimas - bandymas susisteminti ir apjungti nematerialaus paveldo santykį su materialiu paveldu, siekiant išsiaiškinti, kokiais būdais jų dermė gali būti atskleista formuojant nematerialaus paveldo vadybos strategijas kultūrinio turizmo kontekste. Šiame tyrime laikomasi požiūrio, kad visas paveldas yra nematerialus ir tik suvokus nematerialių verčių sąveikas sukuriamas materialus objektas, todėl čia svarbią reikšmę įgyja vietos bendruomenė, kuri turi ypatingą santykį su nematerialiu vietos paveldu ir gali padėti atskleisti jo potencialą vadybos procese. Tyrimo rezultatų perspektyvumą galima nurodytifundamentiniu ir taikomuoju aspektu -pateiktos tyrimo išvados svarbios strategiškai planuojant efektyvią nematerialaus paveldo vadybą, kuriant jo ryšį su materialiais paveldo objektais kultūrinio turizmo kontekste. Pateiktos išvados gali būti naudojamos kaip informacijos šaltinis tolimesniems nematerialaus paveldo tyrimams, siekiant atgaivinti nematerialųjį paveldą, esantį Panemunės pilyje, arba kitame kultūros paveldo objekte. ENThe concept for research into the intangible heritage of Panemunės Castle arose from observation of attempts to “resurrect” the site without full evaluation and utilization of its intangible resources, which have the potential to become a dynamic factor in the preparation of effective heritage restoration strategies within the scope of cultural tourism. The research project holds that all heritage is intangible and that only upon understanding of the interaction of intangible values does a tangible site become a construct itself. Thus, the local community, through its unique relationship with the intangible heritage of a given site, gains essential importance and can play a role in expanding its potential within the management process. The potential of this research is reflect in both fundamental and applied aspects - the results are significant for the strategic Planning of effective intangible heritage management and the establishment of its relation to tangible heritage sites within the context of cultural tourism. The research reveals that Lithuania’s intangible heritage management has yet to develop into a regular system with a clear management strategy. To date, heritage assets continue to be systematized or registered. This continues to be reflected in the work or coordinating institutions. Research determined that due to cultural, social and economic connections, cultural tourism holds great potential for the development of intangible heritage. The preparation of a strategic plan for intangible heritage redevelopment and the development of successful heritage related tourist products require a multifaceted approach from all stakeholders.
