Klasės auklėtojo veiklos konceptualusis pagrindas

LTNors klasės auklėtojo pareigybė Lietuvos mokyklose turi gana gilias šaknis, teorinis jo veiklos pagrindas iki šiol nėra apibrėžtas. Šio straipsnio tikslas – aptarti klasės auklėtojo veiklos teorinę prasmę, panaudojus šią veiklą nusakančius konceptus. Bendrajame mokyklos pedagogų kontekste klasės auklėtojui tikslinga priskirti papildomo ugdymo funkcijas atliekančio socialinio pedagogo vaidmenį. Taip traktuojant klasės auklėtojo pareigybes, mokytojui nebereikėtų atlikti administratoriaus funkcijų ir tai leistų laisviau interpretuoti pedagogines funkcijas. Kita vertus, klasės auklėtojo veiklos konceptualioji analizė skatina naujai įprasminti mokyklos ugdomąją veiklą, atsisakyti šią veiklą tebesąlygojančių, bet jau atgyvenusių pedagoginių stereotipų.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Klasės auklėtojas; Klasės auklėtojo veikla.

ENAlthough the position of the form master in Lithuanian schools has quite deep roots, the theoretical grounds of activities of the form master have still not been defined. The article aims at a discussion of the theoretic meaning of activities of the form master by using the concepts, outlining the activities. In general context of school pedagogues it is viable to assign a role of a social pedagogue, performing additional educational functions to the form master. With such treatment of the activities of the form master, the teacher would not need to perform the functions of an administrator, which would provide the possibility for a more free interpretation of the pedagogical functions. On the other hand, the conceptual analysis of the activities of the form master urges for a new sense of the educational activities of the school and abolition of the outworn pedagogical stereotypes, which still influence the school activities.
