Darbo pasidalijimas šeimoje

LTStraipsnio tikslas - parodyti, kokie objektyvūs ir subjektyvūs veiksniai lemia sutuoktinių pasiskirstymą pareigomis. Svarbiausi uždaviniai yra atskleisti darbo pasidalijimo šeimose, priklausančiose skirtingoms kartoms bei socialiniams sluoksniams, ypatumus, palyginti moterų ir vyrų požiūrį į savo bei sutuoktinio (-ės) pareigas ir įvertinti, kaip keičiasi lyčių vaidmenų samprata mūsų visuomenėje. ENThe data of the survey of the Lithuanian families (66 in-depth interviews were conducted with both partners - husband and wife) presented in the analysis show, that traditional model of gender roles is still very popular in our society: women are considered to be responsible for children and housework while men are viewed only as bread winners. In spite of active participation of females in the sphere of gainful employment, they still carry the main burden of household duties while the egalitarian division of labour at home is characteristic of very few families. By the opinion of respondents, the experience of socialization (example of parents) as well as social environment, national traditions have played the most important role in the formation of their attitudes and behaviour in the family.
