Kalbos normos ir jų savireguliacija interneto bendruomenėje

LTKalbos saviraidos ir kryptingo poveikio jai santykis kelia diskusijas ne tik Lietuvoje. Monografijoje nagrinėjama, kiek kalbos normų funkcionavimą ir pokyčius lemia ne kalbos specialistai, o patys kalbos vartotojai, susibūrę įvairiakalbėse interneto bendruomenėse. Pirmą kartą lietuvių kalbotyroje atskleidžiama, kaip lietuviakalbiame internete vyksta kalbos normų savireguliacija, kaip interneto bendruomenė suvokia kalbos normas ir reiškia su viešąja kalba susijusius lūkesčius. Knyga veda skaitytoją nuo plačios aprėpties temų - kalbos ideologijų, kalbinių nuostatų - prie interneto bendruomenės kalbinės veiklos ir interneto kalbos reiškinių bei žmonių požiūrio j juos. Lietuviškoji interneto bendruomenės kalbinės veiklos tematika pateikiama įvairiakalbio interneto realijų kontekste. Kalbos normų savireguliacija parodoma kaip objektyvus, oficialiąją kalbos politiką papildantis reiškinys, ypač būdingas Europos bendrinėms kalboms postandartizacijos laikotarpiu. Tyrimo rezultatai padeda suvokti naujausius kalbos pokyčius, kuriuos lemia tiek interneto terpė, tiek stiprėjantis kalbos vartotojų poveikis normų raidai, ir teikia naujų įžvalgų formuojant kalbos politiką Lietuvoje. EN[...] The monograph seeks to answer questions concerned with the role of language users in the process of stabilization of language norms and their changes, with the perception of language norms by language users and of their own role in the development of the norms, with the Internet linguistic community’s language-related needs and expectations. The protagonist of the book is the global Internet community, engaged in writing, reading and creating texts. The focus is on the part of the community sharing Lithuanian as a medium of expression, i.e. native speakers of Lithuanian, non-native speakers expressing themselves on the Lithuanian Internet, and Lithuanian emigrants. It is important to take into consideration a broader context including Internet communities speaking languages other than Lithuanian. They face similar developmental processes of language and linguistic behaviour. The aim of the book is to demonstrate the process of self-regulation of language norms on the Internet. This is a new and interesting topic, since so far the language users’ attempts to influence the development of language have largely remained outside the scope of researchers’ attention. The situation is quite different when linguists set norms on standard language. What seems to escape the researchers’ attention is concerned with the fact that alongside standard language, there are other language varieties; their norms eventually settle without any external influence. At first sight, the self-regulation emerging from the depth of society is completely spontaneous. Is it really so? If it is not, are there any regularities? To be able to attain the above aim, the following objectives have been put forward.1) to provide a theoretical definition of the self-regulation of language norms as an objectively existing phenomenon and to define methodological, aspects of its investigation at the intersection of the following branches of linguistics: a. normative linguistics, based on the notion of standard language and language norm; b. folk linguistics, based on the notion of language ideologies, linguistic attitudes, and metalinguistic comments; c. Internet linguistics, based on the notion of Internet community and its medialects; 2) to identify causes of the self-regulation of language norms and their forms of expression; 3) to define the relationships between prevailing language ideologies, linguistic attitudes of the Internet community, and linguistic activity on the Internet; 4) to investigate the structure of comments dealing with standard language norms as the most distinct expression of the self-regulation of language norms, the nature of language phenomena commented on, types and functions of comments in electronic communication on the Internet; 5) to identify how processes of the self-regulation of language norms relate to similar phenomena in other languages. The novelty and topicality of the present research. The monograph is the first attempt in Lithuanian linguistics to investigate the process of the self-regulation of language norms on the Lithuanian-speaking Internet.
