Epitafinė Kristinos Kaprytės-Grincevičienės lenta

LTStraipsnyje aprašoma epitafinė dabartinės Ilguvos bažnyčios fundatorės lenta. Lenta - penkiakampė ketaus plokštė, apkraštuota reljefiniu redukuoto kimatijaus apvadu, buvusi pritvirtinta prie kažkurios sienos. Didžiausios stačiakampės dalies kampuose yra rozetėmis apjuostos montavimo kiaurymės. Trikampėje viršutinėje lentos dalyje išlietas reljefinis Dievo Apvaizdos simbolis spinduliuose. Po juo – lotyniškas kryželis, žemiau – epitafinis užrašas. Plokštė sukurta laikantis klasicizmo tradicijų: jos kompozicija paprasta, elementai išdėstyti erdviai, ramiu ritmu, piešinys aiškus. Dešimt įrašo eilučių komponuotos centruotai, dydžiu išskirta tik trečioji eilutė – velionės pavardė. Lenta savo stiliumi ir ornamentais panaši į Ilguvos kapinėse esantį J., E. ir P. Grincevičių antkapinį paminklą, todėl galėjo būti nulieta tame pačiame metalo fabrike. Plokštė yra XIX a. III ketv. sepulkrinių lentų pavyzdys ir turi meninę vertę, tačiau labiausiai ji brangintina kaip Ilguvos ir jos bažnyčios istorijai svarbaus asmens atminimo ženklas.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Vilkaviškio vyskupija; Ilguva; Epitafijos; Kaprytė-Grincevičienė, Kristina; Epitaph.

ENThe article describes an epitaph of the founder of the present church of Ilguva. It is written on a pentagonal cast iron board, decorated with a boss of reduced cimatius rim; it was attached to a wall. The angles of the largest square part have component holes surrounded by rosettes. A triangular upper part of the board is decorated with a relief the radial Providence symbol. Underneath it there is a Latin cross, and lower – the epitaph. The board was developed following traditions of Classicism: its composition is simple; elements are amply arranged in a calm rhythm the picture is clear. Ten lines of the epitaph are centred, and only the third line is written in a larger font – it is the name of the deceased. Style and ornaments of the board are similar to the tombstone for J., E. and P. Grincevičiai in Ilguva cemetery, thus it may be cast in the same metal factory. The board is an example of sepulchres of the 3rd quarter of the 19th c. and has an artistic value, but it is mostly valued as a memento to a person important to Ilguva and its church history.
