ENThe article describes the morphemic structure of words. The structures of the word in various languages are reviewed. The morphemic dictionaries are discussed too. The insufficiency of information in the morphemic dictionary of the Lithuanian language is pointed out. The generalized structure of the Lithuanian word is presented.
