ENThe article has been written on the basis of the analysis of scientific literature. The subject of the article Protection of Child’s Rights in Lithuania and Germany is topical, and in this period it is also problematic bacause children’s rights as certain values of society never lose value, and being dynamic and evolutionary, are permanently changing both in quautitavive and qualititave terms. Therefore, it has been conclude that children’s rights as a legal category require permanent attention of reseachears. The subject of the article covers quite a wide range of topics, therefore attention hasbeen focussed on analysis of two major issues: general provision of children’s rights, freedoms, duties ant their implementation in Lithuania and Germany. The efforts of Lithuania and Germany in ensuring children’s rights are revealed in the article. Children’s rights and sources of their protection are briefly described. [From the publication]
