Didėjant globalizacijai tenka vis daugiau dėmesio skirti darbuotojų įdarbinimui ieškant naujų specialistų. Straipsnyje bus analizuojama užsienio kalbų vartojimo privalumas stengiantis įsidarbinant Lietuvos logistikos įmonėse. Stengiantis išsiaiškinti aktualią vyraujančią temą bus nagrinėjami internetiniai darbo skelbimai. Straipsnyje bus siekiama išsiaiškinti kokių dažniausiai užsienio kalbų yra reikalaujama logistinėse Lietuvos įmonėse ieškant darbuotojų. [Iš leidinio]

ENMultilingualism is gaining momentum in the world, language skills have a significant impact on exports, imports, business and cooperation with foreign countries for trading purposes. As globalization has grown, more and more attention has to be paid for finding new specialists. In this article will analyzed the advantage of using foreign languages while trying to get employment in Lithuanian transport / logistics companies. In order to clarify this issue will be dealt with online job advertisements. The article will seek to find out which foreign languages most are required for employees in Lithuanian logistic companies. Us the results, article states that globalizing business from employees requires more and more foreign languages. However, the employers themselves are not less demanding, their demand that the level of the foreign language is matched to the advanced level. The largest employment opportunities in logistics companies are in the largest cities of Lithuania. However, in these cities it is compulsory to have at least two foreign languages. Therefore, if you want to have a greater chance of employment, while teaching only one foreign language, it is recommended to look for work in smaller towns of Lithuania. [From the publication]
