Summary / Abstract:

Most of the respondents the most self-realized during after-school activities and at the classes. The most popular after-school activities were school sports, choreography (dance), music and art classes. It was found that more than one third of the students themselves are not realized, 1/3 - realized. Respondents, being students themselves realize significantly less than themselves realized learning in school. The corellational analysis showed that those respondents who have self-expressed at the school more, the same respondents being the students self-realize more too. In addition, it was found that the KVK organized activities for students are enough, lacking only a few indicated as artistic and sporting activities. The proposals, which, if implemented, would help more for students realize themselves: a) the proposal for increasing awareness about the activities taking place not only the full-time students, but also part-time studies students using KVK Facebook account, KVK web site, e-mail, etc .; b) to motivate students to participate in the different activities following measures: additional score to the cumulative assessment of the subject, certificates, larger awards, recommendations; c) to account of the main reasons that encourage participation in activities: the desire to acquire useful skills, to realize their talents, make friends, search for new experiences and desire to take courage, self-confidence; d) to take into account the circumstances leading to the decision to choose any activity is: time, price, distance, guide and details of the activity; e) to carry out the activities on Tuesdays or Wednesdays right after the lecture in the afternoon.
