ENThe article analyzes the concept of numbers and calculations of teaching (si) in elementary school in the documents of the country and international research. Examines how the virtual learning environment (EDUKA class) features the ability to personalize and differentiate tasks, use digital textbooks and virtual store materials, provide and receive feedback, track progress and learning outcomes, help train (s) numbers and calculations in elementary school. In order to evaluate the use of the core functions of the virtual teaching environment „EDUKA class“ - working with groups, tasks and lesson material, feedback and learning outcomes and tracking progress - to teach numbers and calculations in primary education, a quantitative survey was conducted - a written survey of respondents. It took place in 2018 from March to April 92 Lithuanian primary school teachers were actively interviewing the virtual learning environment „Eduka Class“ in the learning process. Data received by respondents in response to closed questions which were analyzed by the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows 17.0 program. The results of the research showed that the field „Mathematics and computing“ is important for the development of students‘ mathematical communication, mathematical thinking and problem solving. The number of pupils and the calculation of learning difficulties can be addressed through virtual learning environments that allow them to switch to personalized, self-taught learning (si). By transferring learning content to a virtual learning environment, pupils are encouraged to take responsibility for learning outcomes, are encouraged to organize and plan their own learning independently, they can take care of issues and expand their learning experiences.More than half of teachers teach numbers and calculations in the virtual learning environment in the virtual learning environment „EDUKA class“, which creates a group for selected and all-class students, tasked the students with complex tasks from the EDUKA task bank, uses digital tutorials, provides feedback to students and their parents, I monitor student learning outcomes and progress and create my own tasks. It is likely that the use of the virtual teaching environment „EDUKA class“ increases the number and the number of computing tuition in elementary school and encourages teachers more often create individual tasks for pupils.
