LTŠiuo straipsniu siekiama atskleisti studentų patirtis mokantis iš patirties. Tyrimo rezultatai rodo, kad formuluodami dalyvavimo patirtinėje studijoje siekius studentai labiausiai akcentavo savianalizės bei asmens funkcionavimą visuomenėje trikdančių / slopinančių dalykų įveikos svarbą. Studijos metu jie įgijo savęs pažinimo, pasitikėjimo savimi ir socialinio tinklo plėtojimo patirtis. Studentai svarbiausiais pasiekimais įvardijo baimės, nepasitikėjimo savimi, neigiamų jausmų ir emocijų įveikas. ENThis scientific article aims to reveal students’ experiences during experiential learning. The research problem can be described as self-expression intensity of cognitive skills of young people is inseparable from the success of integration into society. Therefore, in this context it is important to analyze students’ learning from experience process in the context of their aspirations, acquired experiences and overcomes. The aim of the research - to analyze the students' learning from experience process based on aspirations, acquired experience and overcomes on the basis of written reflections. Methods of the research: personal career management experiential study was organized for first-year social work degree program students in the faculty of Health Care at Šiauliai State College. The study lasted for 6 days. There were 42 students who have participated in personal career management experiential study. Survey data collection method: analysis of scientific literature and structured reflection in writing. The data processed using descriptive qualitative content analysis. Results of the research: in summary it can be said that prior to participation in experiential personal career management study students were focused on the following objectives, which are closely related to self-analysis and analysis of others and successful functioning in a group, community or society. Summarizing the results we can say that the greatest experiences that were gained are in the contexts of self-analysis and self-confidence. These results are very close to students’ aspirations research results. Personal career management experiential study encouraged students to overcome disturbing factors for successful functioning in a community or society: various fears, tensions, negative personal qualities, etc.Main findings: while formulating personal career management experiential learning outcomes students focused on overcoming things that disturbs social functioning. During personal career management experiential study students gained self-knowledge, self-confidence and social network development experience. Students achieved these key things: overcoming fear, lack of self confidence, negative feelings and emotions. Participation in personal career management experiential study increased students' awareness and their mastering of experiential learning approach. [From the publication]
