Socialinio rengimo reikšmė sporto pedagogų gebėjimui kurti palankų pamokos psichologinį klimatą

LTStraipsnyje keliama mokslinė problema, ar socialinis rengimas didina būsimųjų sporto pedagogų gebėjimą kurti palankų pamokos psichologinį klimatą. Darbo tikslas – atskleisti, koks yra socialinio rengimo poveikis sporto pedagogų gebėjimui kurti palankų psichologinį klimatą. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1) palyginti būsimųjų sporto pedagogų (studentų) gebėjimą užmegzti pradinį kontaktą prieš socialinį rengimą ir po jo; 2) įvertinti studentų gebėjimą išklausyti prieš socialinį rengimą ir po jo; 3) palyginti sporto pedagogų gebėjimą žadinti tarpusavio pasitikėjimą prieš socialinį rengimą ir po jo; 4) įvertinti studentų gebėjimą stiprinti mokinių tarpusavio solidarumą prieš socialinį rengimą ir po jo. Taikyta apklausa ir matematinė statistika. Aprašas skirtas atskleisti šių gebėjimų raišką: užmegzti pradinį kontaktą, klausytis mokinių, žadinti mokinių tarpusavio pasitikėjimą, stiprinti mokinių tarpusavio solidarumą. Tyrimas buvo organizuotas dviem etapais. 2002 m. buvo ištirti 112 LKKA būsimųjų sporto pedagogų, o 2003 m. tyrimas buvo pakartotas - ištirti tie patys studentai. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad sporto pedagogų gebėjimas užmegzti pradinį kontaktą su mokiniais po socialinio rengimo patikimai pagerėjo. Nustatyta, kad prieš socialinį rengimą ir po jo statistiškai patikimai skiriasi sporto pedagogų gebėjimas išklausyti: po socialinio rengimo šio gebėjimo lygis aukštesnis. Atskleista, kad socialinio rengimo metu taikytos pedagoginio poveikio priemonės darė reikšmingą įtaką studentų gebėjimui stiprinti mokinių tarpusavio solidarumą ir taip kurti palankesnį psichologinį klimatą. ENSocial competence is of paramount importance to the professional activity of the present-day pedagogue and sports pedagogue, and one of the essential objectives of a school is preparation of a child for life, that is his, school socialisation. Scientific works put forwards the supposition that the psychological climate is one of the most essential factors of school socialisation. Therefore the necessity arose to determine if social preparation increases the ability of the future sport pedagogues to create a favourable psychological climate of a lesson. Practical work in social psychology, ethics of a pedagogue and pedagogical practice are interpreted as social preparation in this work. The subject of the investigation is the ability of a sport pedagogue to create a favourable psychological climate. The aim of the work is to reveal the impact of social preparation on the ability of sport pedagogues to create a favourable psychological climate. Having compared assessments of the level of abilities of sport pedagogues of the Lithuanian Academy of Physical Education prior to social preparation and after it, it was established that the level of the ability to establish the initial contact, the ability to listen and strengthen solidarity among students differs statistically significantly.
