Socialinės pedagoginės pagalbos komandos narių atrankos kriterijai

LTŠiuolaikinėje visuomenėje, patiriančioje globalizacijos procesų pasekmes, vaikų ir jaunimo socializacijos problemos tampa vis sudėtingesnės, todėl joms spręsti nebeužtenka vieno klasės auklėtojo kompetencijos ir pastangų. Tai reiškia, kad siekiant bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose kompleksiškai spręsti socialines pedagogines problemas būtina socialinės pedagoginės pagalbos komanda. Straipsnyje aptariama bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos socialinės pedagoginės pagalbos komandos sudėtis, komandos narių atrankos kriterijai. Remiantis atliktais tyrimais (anketine socialinių pedagogų apklausa, interviu ir stebėjimu), parodomos komandos narių žinios bei gebėjimai, būtini efektyviai komadinei veiklai, ir mokyklos administracijos vaidmuo parenkant komandos narius. ENToday society is under the consequences of globalization processes so socialization problems of children and youth become more complicated and the class tutor hasn’t got enough competencies or efforts to handle them alone. It means that social pedagogical assistance team is necessary for the solution of complex social pedagogical problems in comprehensive school. The effectiveness of the work of social pedagogical assistance team depends on the selection of its team members. Many foreign and Lithuanian scientists analyse social interface processes and investigate various social pedagogic problems by highlighting one or another aspects. There is the lack of research of social pedagogic assistance team work in educational institutions that would answer the following questions: how should the model of work of a social pedagogic assistance team be constructed for meeting social pedagogic assistance needs of pupils in a comprehensive school; what education specialists should be involved for work in the social pedagogic assistance team. For this reason, composition of the social pedagogic assistance team and selection criteria for the team members in comprehensive school is discussed in the article.
