Jaunųjų savanorių motyvavimas tęstinei socioedukacinei veiklai su vaikais

LTStraipsnyje aptariamos savanorių motyvavimo savanoriškai socioedukacinei veiklai galimybes. Išryškinama savanorių motyvų svarba savanoriškos veiklos tęstinumui. Straipsnyje nagrinėjami savanorių veiklos nevyriausybinėse organizacijose koordinavimo klausimai, susiejant juos su savanorių veiklos tęstinumo skatinimo galimybėmis. Remiantis atliktais tyrimais, pateikiami Lietuvos savanorių pagrindiniai motyvai darbui su vaikais, išskiriamos efektyviausios priemonės, turinčios įtaką savanoriškai tęstinei socioedukacinei veiklai. Remiantis tyrimo išvadomis, pažymima, jog veiksmingiausios yra ne materialinės skatinimo formos, o tokios, kurios skatina savanorio asmeninį tobulėjimą bei sudaro galimybes kelti profesinę kompetenciją. ENThe article is concerned with the possibilities of motivation of volunteers for the voluntary socio-educational activity. The importance of the motives of volunteers to the continuity of a voluntary activity is accentuated. The article investigated issues of co-ordination of the activities of volunteers in non-governmental institutions relating them to the possibilities of encouraging the continuity of the volunteer activities. On the basis of the investigations carried out major motives of Lithuania’s volunteers for work with children are presented, the most efficient measures, which have an impact on the continuous voluntary socio-educational activity are singled out. On the basis of the conclusions drawn in the investigation it is noted that the most efficient are those forms of encouragement, which encourage a personal improvement of a volunteer and create possibilities for improving professional competence rather than material forms of encouragement.
