LTOrganizacinės kultūros tyrimai atliekami įvairių tipų organizacijose, taikant įvairias metodikas ir klausimynus. Šiame straipsnyje, išanalizavus 15 skirtingų organizacinės kultūros vertinimo metodikų, išskirti dažniausiai organizacinei kultūrai vertinti taikomi pasikartojantys kriterijai. Remiantis šiais kriterijais sudarytas organizacinės kultūros vertinimo klausimynas. Atliktas ekspertinis tyrimas aiškinantis klausimyno tinkamumą. Atsižvelgus į ekspertų pastabas klausimynas pakoreguotas ir pritaikytas atlikti kiekybinį tyrimą socialiai atsakingose įmonėse. [Iš leidinio]

ENScientists have variously defined organizational culture, providing different approaches to it. In most cases, scientists analyzing organizational culture analyzes the behaviour, language and other informal aspects that need to monitor, understand and interpret. According Denison (2006) defining organizational culture is a tricky business. Many definitions of culture focus on aspects of an organization’s values, behaviours, and basic assumptions that have little to do with performance issues. Every organization has formed its own values, its own language, hero, stories and traditions. The researcher not familiar with the already existing organizational culture, so many things he simply does not know. However, through certain methods / tools, you can know the organizational culture (Šimanskienė, 2008). Researching the culture, it is necessary to analyze many things within the company: the environment, motivation, job satisfaction, stressful situations and so on. The problematic question of this article: What the organizational culture assessment criteria should be used to assess organizational culture? The object of research – assessment of the organizational culture. The aim of the research – to analyze the theory of distinguished organizational culture assessment criteria for creating a methodology to evaluate the organizational culture. Research methods – analysis of scientific literature, systematization. According to the scientific literature it was analyzed 15 organizational culture assessment methodologies and distinguished criteria of organizational culture assessment. Was created the questionnaire to assess organizational culture. In order to assess whether the selection criteria and the assign questions for the criteria are appropriate for the assessment of organizational culture was done the expert survey. The theoretical analysis reveals quite different scientific approach to organizational.The theoretical analysis reveals quite different scientific approach to organizational culture. Organisational culture distinguished elements are different compared to what the scientists analyze in the organizations for evaluating the organizational culture. It was also noted that scientists defining the organizational culture of the theoretical aspect they usually offers to analyze the organizational culture based on the six elements (values, symbols, heroes, history, traditions and rituals, cultural communication network), which are often not included in the organizational culture assessment methodologies. So structured 15 organizational culture assessment methodologies it was singled out 12 criteria for organizational culture assessment: teamwork and collaboration; values; communication / cultural communications network; the approach to the clients; leadership; symbols; innovation, vision, mission; heroes; rituals; history; social responsibility. According to identified criteria was created the questionnaire. For each criterion was assigned 6 items. After expert study some of the items were deleted and some were adjusted. After the expert evaluation for assessing each criteria was left 5 items. Further research directions. The questionnaire question will be apply in practice through surveys of socially responsible companies. Totally was selected 6 Lithuanian socially responsible companies and organizations were it will be done the research using the questionnaire of organizational culture assessment.
