LTStraipsnyje atskleidžiamas įvairiapusis požiūris į verslumo atmosferos problemas Lietuvoje. Steigiant „startuolius“ susiduriama su veiksniais, kurie susiję tarpusavyje ir lemia verslo aplinkos pokyčius. Sudarytas adaptyvumo modelis gali sistemiškai padėti „startuolių“ steigėjams geriau suprasti verslumo aplinką, įvertinus verslumo atmosferos veiksnius, ir greičiau prisitaikyti prie verslo sąlygų sprendžiant problemas. Atliekant kiekybinį tyrimą 226 respondentai („startuolių“ steigėjai) įvertino verslumo atmosferos veiksnius, kurie daro įtaką „startuolių“ steigimui Lietuvoje. Nustatytos pagrindinės „startuolių“ steigimo problemos: nepakankamos kreditavimo galimybės steigti „startuolius“; „startuolių“ steigimo regionuose rėmimas nėra prioritetinė Vyriausybės veikla; švietimo ir mokymo įstaigose nesuteikiama pakankamai informacijos apie verslumo svarbą, naujų įmonių ir inovacijų kūrimo galimybes; nepakanka organizacijų, kurios padėtų sėkmingai steigti „startuolius“; nepakankama intelektinės nuosavybės apsauga; kūrybiškumas ir inovatyvumas dar nėra svarbiausi verslo kultūros bruožai Lietuvoje; kyla problemų ir bendradarbiaujant su viešosiomis organizacijomis bei kitais verslo subjektais. ENThis article represent multifaceted approach to the problems of atmosphere entrepreneurship’s, when “start up’s” are establishing. When “start up’s” are establishing in atmosphere of entrepreneurship is facing with factors, they are related to each other and determing a volatility of business environment. The constructed model can systematically help for the founders of “start up’s” better understand a atmosphere of entrepreneurship trought the factors of entrepreneurship atmospheric and faster adapt to the business conditions by solving problems. In this article analyzed problem: how to improve a climate factors of entrepreneurial climate for achieving establishing growth “start up’s” in Lithuania? By this problem was formulated aim: after analysis of the most important entrepreneurial atmospheric factors, which have influence to the establishment of “start up’s” in Lithuania, submit a oppurtunities of atmosphere improvement. This article is based on the scientific of literature, comparative analysis and synthesis methods, performed quantitative survey. The survey was carried on November – December of 2014 years. 226 respondents (founders of “start up’s”) on quatitative study have assessed a factor’s of atmosphere entrepreneurship’s, which have a influence to the establishment of “start up’s” in Lithuania.On the study was identified problem of “start up’s” establishment: lack oppurtunities of credit, establishment of “start up’s” is not a priority activity of Government; education and training don’t provide a sufficient information about importance of entrepreneurship, oppurtunities of innovation and business’; missing a organizations, which could help for a “start up’s” establishment; missing a protection of intellectual property; creativity and innovation still not yet the most important of business culture; problematic cooperation trought public organizations and other subject of business. For these problems are created proposed adaptive model. Most important advantage of model is constructed functionality and have a systematic approach to the analyze of “start up’s” establishment problems. [From the publication]
