ENTemporary employment is a new labor relations problems solving service in Lithuania that measures to improve employment policies. For employers this new method of recruitment allow to save significant money and stay in the market during downturn. This recruitment method is particularly relevant in addressing the youth unemployment problem. The practical research problem aspect is associated with a temporary employment situation in Lithuania and the EU and how it effect youth unemployment rate in different countries. Temporary employment help to reduce youth unemployment rate in every EU country and make opportunities easier to integrate people to market trade.
