ENLithuania is a small country with own its traditions and experience. It is important after joining European Union to review the principles of Social policy of EU. The main aspects of European Union are home market and stimulate concurence. According to these principles EU social policy is organised and the attitudes to the nongovernmental organizations and their possibilities to organize and implement social servises are reviewed. Government should give similar possibilities to organize and implement the qualitative and accessible social services. The main principles of social policy of EU are subsidiarity and solidarity. Modern democratic society grounded on three main sectors: governmental, private and nongovernmental sectors. It is very important to look at NGO possibilities to organize and implement social services according to principles, which are important and vital in Lithuania society comparing with European Union experience.
