Klientų užimtumo organizavimas teikiant pagalbą į namus

LTŠio tyrimo tikslas – išsiaiškinti klientų užimtumo organizavimą teikiant pagalbą į namus. Tyrimo tikslui pasiekti išsikelti uždaviniai: analizuojant mokslinę literatūrą apibūdinti socialines paslaugas – pagalbą į namus – ir paslaugų gavėjus, atskleisti klientų užimtumo organizavimo poreikį ir naudingumą teikiant pagalbos į namus paslaugas ir ištirti pagalbos į namus klientų galimybes dalyvauti užimtumo veikloje. Tyrimui atlikti pasirinktas kiekybinio tyrimo metodas. Tyrime dalyvavo 107 seni ir pagyvenę asmenys, kurių amžius nuo 60 m. iki 80 m. ir vyresni, kuriems teikiamos pagalbos į namus paslaugos. Respondentai atrinkti naudojant tikslinės patogiosios atrankos metodą. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė, kad senų ir pagyvenusių žmonių užimtumo poreikiai teikiant pagalbą į namus nėra pakankamai tenkinami. Paaiškėjo, kad seniems ir pagyvenusiems žmonėms reikalingas laisvalaikio užimtumas. Respondentai pageidautų pagal galimybes tiek sveikatos, tiek išteklių atžvilgiu dalyvauti visuomeniniuose renginiuose, užsiimti mėgstama veikla, tenkinti užimtumo poreikius laisvu laiku. ENThe objective of the study – to identify customer employment organization providing assistance to home. The research objective of achieving identified objectives of the analysis of the scientific literature to describe the social services – to help homes and users uncover customer needs and employment organization providing support to the usefulness of home services. Also, in the description of the customers' ability to participate in employment. The study carried out by choosing a quantitative research method. The study included 107 old and elderly persons, aged 60 years to 80 years and older who are provided assistance to home services in Radviliškis district. Respondents are selected using a convenience sampling method of the target. The results revealed that the old, the elderly and people with disabilities in employment, by providing assistance in the home are not fully satisfied. The majority of respondents rated their average employment and for the worse. Only a few of the older respondents rated their employment very well. The investigation revealed that the elderly and elderly people need leisure activities. Respondents would like to possible health so far in terms of resources to participate in public events, and to engage in a favorite activity, to meet the employment needs of their free time.
