Pirmajame skyriuje aptariama darbo teisės reforma Lietuvoje po Nepriklausomybės atkūrimo. Antrajame skyriuje nagrinėjama darbo teisės bendroji dalis. Trečiajame skyriuje nagrinėjami individualūs darbo santykiai.

ENThe book provides an overview of labour law regulation and other relations connected to it from a theoretical and practical point of view, revealing the specifics and discussing perspectives for development. Conclusions are drawn based on labour law sources, scientific literature and legislation projects from Lithuania and other countries It should be noted that this is the first of two planned volumes, covering general labour law, employment and job contracts. The book is primarily aimed at students of law however, it will undoubtedly be useful to practising lawyers and those who are concerned with harmonious labour relations and are interested in the problems of applying labour laws. The first part discusses labour law reform in Lithuania since the re-establishment of independence. The second part examines the general aspects of labour law. The third part examines individual labour relations.
