LTStraipsnyje pateikiami socialinių pedagogų streso ir streso įveikos būdų sąsajų analizė. Rasti skirtumai pagal streso intensyvumą, atsižvelgiant į lytį ir amžių. Nustatyta, kad vyrai patiria mažesnį stresą negu moterys. Vyresnės moterys patiria intensyvesnį stresą negu jaunesnės. Nustatyti streso įveikos būdų, atsižvelgiant į lytį ir amžių, skirtumai. Straipsnyje pateikiama streso ir streso įveikos būdų, atsižvelgiant į lytį, sąsajų analizė. ENThere is a lack of stress and coping strategies of social educators both in Lithuanian and foreign scientific space. Thus, this research aims to identify peculiarities of the respondent’s stress and coping styles. The research was attended by 108 social educators, not randomly selected; (83 % female, 17 % male). It was found that female respondents experience more intensive stress than male. Elder female experience more intensive stress than younger. It wasn’t observed differences in male group. Female respondents use all stress coping strategies more often, than male. Female statistically significantly more often use planful problem solving, self-control, accepting responsibility a positive reappraisal than male. Elder male less often use seeking social support an self control than younger male. Elder female less often uses confronting and distancing and more often uses positive reappraisal than younger female. For males it is characteristic that in more intensive stress situation to use few strategies focused on emotion. When experiencing more intensive stress female use more often distancing and less often planful problem solving. [From the publication]
