Семь месяцев членства Литвы в ЕС: разоблачение мифов и страхов и осуществление надежд

LTStraipsnyje, išspausdintame Lenkijos tarptautinių santykių instituto (Instytut spraw międznarodowych) leidžiamame Baltarusijos opozicijai bei kitai provakarietiškai rusakalbei auditorijai skirtame žurnale, pateikiamas pirmųjų septynių Lietuvos narystės ES mėnesių rezultatų vertinimas. Pagrindinis dėmesys skiriamas trijų, iki šalies narystės ES euroskeptikų eskaluotų baimių, susijusių su neigiamu politiniu, ekonominiu ir socialiniu bei kultūriniu narystės poveikiu, pagrįstumui. Atsižvelgiant į apžvalginį ir pažintinį leidinio pobūdį straipsnyje pristatoma Lietuvos turimos institucinės galios Europos Sąjungoje, pirmoji šalies, kaip narės patirtis europinių politikų formavimo procese. Taip pat trumpai aptariami tuo metu aktualiais buvę klausimai (euro pavadinimo, Kaliningrado tranzito teisinio reglamentavimo problematika), pristatoma ekonomikos būklė ir narystės sąlygoti pokyčiai ūkyje, migracijos tendencijos ir kt. Atskirai yra pristatoma su šalies naryste ES siejama finansinė nauda, akcentuojant tiek ES paramą, tiek ir vidaus rinkos efekto sąlygojamą poveikį ekonomikai, gyventojų požiūrio į ES dinamika. ENThe article, which appeared in the periodical published by the Polish Institute of International Affairs (Instytut spraw międznarodowych) (intended for Belarus‘ opposition as well as the other pro-Western Russian speaking audiences), presents the evaluation of the first seven months of Lithuania’s membership in the EU. The main attention is paid to the legitimacy of the three fears escalated by eurosceptics before the country’s adoption by the EU. These fears have to do with the negative political, economic, social as well as cultural impact. In line with the synoptic and cognitive nature of the periodical, the article presents Lithuania’s experience as the country’s which possesses an institutional power within the European Union experience in the process of forming European politicians. Also the formerly hot questions (naming the euro, the legal regulation of Kaliningrad transit) are briefly discussed, the state of economy, the changes conditioned by membership, migration tendencies, etc., are presented. Separately presented are the financial benefits of the country’s membership in the EU. These benefits stem as much from the domestic market’s impact upon the economy and the attitude of population toward the EU dynamics as from the EU support.
