Lietuvos dailė nacionalinio išsilaisvinimo laikotarpiu XX a. pabaigoje: įkūnytos politinės ir ideologinės implikacijos

LTŠiandien mažai kas abejoja, kad XX a. pab. įvykiai, susiję su valstybingumo atkūrimu, darė įtaką ne tik meno lauko transformacijoms instituciniu lygmeniu, bet ir savaip buvo reflektuojami menininkų kūryboje. Į klausimą, kaip Dainuojanti revoliucija audrino menininkų vaizduotę, kol kas atsakyta tik iš dalies, konstatuojant išsivadavimo iš tradicijos, internacionalizacijos, kūrybinės laisvės intencijas ir įvardijant jų ryšį su Atgimimo diskursais. Šio straipsnio tikslas yra apibrėžti Atgimimo diskursus, jo ideologinę paradigmą ir paanalizuoti, kaip jis buvo reflektuojamas to meto dailėje. Atgimimo diskursui identifikuoti ir apibrėžti šiame straipsnyje pasitelkiamos istorikų ir filosofų studijos, kuriose nagrinėjamas sovietmečio bei nacionalinio išsivadavimo laikotarpis. Straipsnyje analizuojamų kūrinių chronologinės ribos yra 1988–1991 metai. Šis laikotarpis pasirinktas todėl, kad būtent tada buvo atkuriamas valstybingumas, o Atgimimo diskursas po 1991 m. pradėjo dinamiškai keistis, vieniems diskursams susitraukiant ir randantis begalei naujų, iš esmės pakeitusių ir visuomenės mąstymo kryptis. Pagrindinis dėmesys šiame straipsnyje sutelkiamas į grupių „Post Ars“ ir „Žalias lapas“ to meto akcionistinę praktiką. ENThe paper deals with the period from 1988 to 1991, which was marked by intense political events of national liberation. At the same time, Lithuanian art experienced strong transformations on the institutional level and in the forms of expression. Performance and action art were introduced into the practice of Lithuanian artists and critical discourse, and it was considered the birth of contemporary Lithuanian art. Therefore, the period has attracted much attention among art historians in Lithuania. Most of them agree that the art of the late 1980s and early 1990s had a strong relation to the political events of that time. Nevertheless, the question how the movement for national liberation made an influence on art remains unanswered. The main conceptual aim of this paper is to define the discourse of national liberation and to see how the artists of that time reflected it in their artistic practice. The paper focuses on the research results presented in the collective monograph Sąjūdžio ištakų beieškant: Nepaklusniųjų tinklaveikos galia (edited by Jūratė Kavaliauskaitė and Ainė Ramonaitė, 2011), which explores the networks of various informal cultural circles and popular and professional groups to explain the rise of Sąjūdis.With the help of this research the dominant discourses of that time are defined as follows: reformation (perestroika), rebirth of the nation, ecology, human rights, ethnography and the freedom of expression. In the next step the artistic practices of the artists’ groups ‘Post Ars’ and ‘Žalias lapas’ are analysed according to the logic of the previously defined discourse of national rebirth. The conclusion of this paper is that the discourse of national rebirth among the artists was reflected in various ways from direct participation in political actions to artistic actions which literally echoed the idea of ‘rebirth of the nation and an individual’. Despite the fact that the discourse of national rebirth was marked by open nationalism, there was no hint of nationalism in the artistic practices themselves. [From the publication]
