ENThe Factors affecting litigants’ perceived fairness of judicial behavior in general are analyzed. A 110-item questionnaire "Litigant’s perceived judicial behavior fairness" was created. 151 litigants were interviewed. The results showed that litigants’ perceptions of judicial behavior fairness (after the court proceedings, of all the judges in general) are subject to the following factors: the justice expectations, perceived judicial behavior fairness before the court proceedings, emotions and fairness, experienced during the court proceedings. It was also found that perceived judicial behavior fairness before and after the court proceedings as well as experienced fairness during the proceedings are related to the procedural status of the litigant, his / her education, and age.
