Bendrųjų kompetencijų vertinimas ugdant būsimų maisto pramonės verslo vadybos specialistų verslumą

LTStraipsnyje aptariama bendrųjų kompetencijų samprata, nagrinėjami dažniausiai naudojami klasifikavimo metodai. Siekiant išsiaiškinti Kauno kolegijos Vadybos ir ekonomikos fakulteto Maisto pramonės verslo vadybos specialybės studentų bendrųjų gebėjimų ugdymą verslo praktinio mokymo firmose pristatomi kiekybinių duomenų analizės rezultatai. Straipsnį sudaro dvi dalys. Pirmojoje dalyje aptariama bendrųjų kompetencijų ugdymo būtinybė, antrojoje - pateikiami empirinio tyrimo rezultatai, atskleidžiant studentų požiūrį į bendrųjų kompetencijų lavinimą VPMF „Skanaus“. Atlikta apklausa atskleidė verslo praktinio mokymo organizavimo tobulinimo kryptis. ENFaculty of Management and Economics of Kauno kolegija University of Applied Sciences offers one of the study programmes - Business Management of Food Industry. Although a great attention is paid to the development of practical skills, employers' opinion reveals the students of this study programme do not possess sufficient practical skills. Aim - to evaluate employers' attitude towards practical training in the acquisition of the business manager of food industry qualification. General competences are developed in all educational system; vocation school is not an exception. The increase of general competencies importance and teaching methods priorities changes the relation between general education and vocational training. Many competences are the same comparing it with general education task, especially those of wide purpose, cognitive and social skills. It is important so that every development of any skills would have its adaptive reason not only in vocational training system, but also in general education. The concepts of general competencies change an attitude towards to the limits of vocational training, i.e. vocational training is set to specific phase of educational system. There is a common though in many countries that general education should prepare a young person for conscious choosing of the profession. [From the publication]
