Pedagogo veiklos įtaka Kauno mechanikos mokyklos mokinių bendrųjų kompetencijų ugdymui

LTKokybiška profesinė veikla reikalauja atitinkamos kvalifikacijos, kompetencijų, gebėjimo savarankiškai ir kūrybiškai veikti tam tikroje srityje ar profesijoje. Profesinės mokyklos mokiniai kartu su bendrojo ugdymo dalykais mokosi ir profesijos dalykų, todėl bendrųjų kompetencijų ugdymas neišvengiamai yra integruojamas tiek į bendrojo ugdymo dalykus, tiek į profesinį mokymą. Straipsnyje yra analizuojama, kaip profesinės mokyklos mokiniai suvokia bendrųjų kompetencijų ugdymą ir jų svarbą bei kaip mokytojai geba integruoti bendrųjų kompetencijų ugdymą į savo mokomuosius dalykus. Taip pat straipsnyje siekta atskleisti, kokie gebėjimai ir asmeninės savybės yra reikalingos norint jaunam specialistui sėkmingai orientuotis ir veikti nuolat kintančiame darbo pasaulyje. ENA qualified professional activity requires appropriate qualification, competences and ability to act independently and creatively in a specific sphere or profession. Pupils of a vocational school together with general subjects study special subjects of their profession. Education of general competences is necessarily integrated both into education of general subjects and vocational education. The article analyses how students of the vocational school understand the importance of education of general competences, what teaching/learning methods and ways of teaching help them to assimilate the given information, how teachers are capable to integrate education of general competences into their subjects and what teaching/learning methods and ways of teaching they use in their lessons. The article also tries to disclose the abilities and personal features needed for a young specialist to navigate and act successfully in the workspace. Aim of the research - to present the outlook of I-III year students of Kaunas mechanical school towards the education of general competences in a vocational school. Goals of the research: 1. To overview the features of general competences as foreseen in General Programs of Secondary Education. 2. To present the research about the influence of teacher activity on education of pupils general competences.
