ENThis article analyzes attributive phrases, which principal component is a verbal noun. Descriptive attributive phrases along with a verbal noun have retained a quite clear subjective (lakštingalų giedojimas), objective (troškimas mokytis) or circumstantial meaning (sugrįžimas po metų). The more the verbal noun becomes concrete the more the relationship in the word phrase becomes weaker (cf.: mokinio rašymas and mokinio rašinys). [From the publication]
