Karjeros sampratos erdvė : lyčių aspektas

LTStraipsnyje analizuojama karjeros samprata. Straipsnio tikslas yra atskleisti, kokie skirtumai yra karjeros sampratoje tarp jaunų žmonių, atsižvelgiant į lyčių stereotipus. Straipsnis susideda iš dviejų dalių. Pirmojoje dalyje analizuojami karjeros modeliai ir jų kaita dabartiniame darbo pasaulyje. Antrojoje dalyje tiriamas vyrų ir moterų požiūris į karjeros sampratą bei skirtumai tarp skirtingų lyčių karjeros sampratos. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad jauni vyrai vertina savo karjerą vadovaudamiesi biurokratiniu karjeros modeliu, o moterys labiau orientuotos į šiuolaikinį karjeros modelį. ENThe article deals with the concept of career. The aim of the paper is present the differences in career conception of young people in the context of gender stereotypes. The paper consists of two parts. The first part analyses the models of career conceptions and their shift in the contemporary world of work. The second part investigates into the attitudes of men and women and looks into differences in career conceptions from the gender perspective. The results demonstrate that young men are used to evaluating their career with regard to the bureaucratic career model, while women in their attitudes are oriented rather to the contemporary career model.
