LTStraipsnyje yra analizuojama vaikų socialinės, psichinės adaptacijos problema mokyklos klasėje kaip referentinėje mikrogrupėje, apžvelgiant vaikų iŠ skirtingų socialinių sluoksnių tarpasmeninę sąveiką, socialinės poliarizacijos ir dipoliarizacijos procesus. Bandoma išsiaiškinti vaikų tarpasmeninių bei komunikacinių kontaktų pobūdį, orientacijas į klases kaip grupės vertybes. Siekiama apibūdinti vaikų socialinės diferenciacijos tendencijas, fiksuojant individualaus pobūdžio kontaktus (komunikacines interakcijas); bei mokytojo dispozicijas ir pagrindines funkcijas. ENAlready at primary school we can notice particular differentiation among the children according to social - economical status (high, middle, low). Interaction among groups could be noticed only when a teacher involves, but the participation of the teacher is determined by the necessity the situation to be corrected when it is necessary to solve conflicts among children because of their outburst of anger or aggression. Teacher is not enough oriented to the variety of the children’s social status differentiation and to interaction determined by multicultural traditions, children’s groups and interpersonal relationships and social differentiation process. The social adaptation of children from different social levels in the class environment most often goes through solving school given tashs when they are united by common demands and seahing for certain aims and goals. There is lack of tolerant and egual communication when children do not obtain their habits which are necessary for ac- ception of each other as a personality and help for egual partnership. The teacher does not devote enough attention to these processes their indentification and covuction.lt is important for modem primary school teachers to have these new professional gualifications: the analysis of social phenomena which occur is classes; social - educational attitude towards class not only as towards the community of learners but as a social group as well where are interactions of different character social - cultural, economical, etc. ability to identify the processes and tendencies of social structuralisation and to covulate them by the help of special training models and technologies.
