ENThe system of pedagogic collaboration on basis of development achieves a new qualitative modality in case its character is systematic and interactive. Development of pedagogic collaboration system is possible by subjects; and groups’ participation and creating new opportunities to develop social competence. Pedagogic collaboration is analised by discussing its qualitative modality in such school links: students-pedagogue, pedagogues- schools administration, school pedagogues-parents and etc., the interchange in interpreted as any interaction of qualitative dimension (intergroup and intersubjective). Systematic analysis helps to present more exhaustive characterization of every group of training participants and it allows to make conclusions in such a way as every group being relatively independent and can take part in school development of pedagogic collaboration system. Regular qualitative experiments are needed for development of pedagogic collaboration system estimating its quality as a system and models of functioning, the situation and circumstances in which it functions very well and exerts influence upon the social and mental interaction of all training participants and school environment itselft.
