Šalies ūkio valdymo sistemos efektyvumo didinimo veiksnių tyrimai Lietuvos Respublikoje

LTStraipsnyje tyrinėjami valdymo efektyvumo didinimo šalies ūkio sąlygomis politiniai, ekonominiai, socialiniai veiksniai, pateikiama Lietuvos Respublikos ūkio valdymo sistemos metodologija bei valdymo procesų efektyvumą nustatantys metodai. Straipsnyje apibrėžti ūkio raidos sistemos valdymo lygiai ir laipteliai, taip pat jų integrinė priklausomybė šalies ūkio kompleksinės administracinės-šakinės valdymo sistemos principinėje schemoje. Darbe pateikiama veiklos efektyvumo ribų metodologija ir jos taikymo Lietuvos sąlygomis galimybės. Pastarosios interpretuojamos, taikant matematinius modelius, kurie rodo esamos Šalies ūkio valdymo sistemos efektyvumą ir jo didinimo perspektyvas. Susisteminti tyrimų rezultatai yra metodologinis duomenų bankas ateityje modeliuojant atskiras efektyvias valdymo-savivaldos ir savivaldos-valdymo sistemas laike ir erdvėje. [Iš leidinio]

ENThe report deals with political, economic and social factors for increasing management efficiency under conditions of the national economy; the methodology of the management system of the economy of the Republic of Lithuania and methods identifying the efficiency of management processes at present and in the future are presented. The report specifies the levels and steps of management of the economic development system, as well as their integral dependence in the schematic diagram of the comprehensive administrative-branch management system of the national economy. The work provides the methodology of the activity efficiency boundaries and the possibilities for its application under conditions of Lithuania. These possibilities are interpreted by mathematical models, showing the efficiency of the existing national economic management system and the prospects of its increase in the development of society. The results obtained have been systematised and presented at the end of the report; they make a methodological database for future modelling of separate efficient management-self-management and self-management- management systems both in time and space.
