LTRemiantis Ekonominio raštingumo ir verslumo ugdymo strategijoje (2004) įtvirtintu Jaunimo verslumo ugdymu Lietuvoje, straipsnyje vertybiniu aspektu analizuojamas jaunesniųjų paauglių požiūris į verslumo ugdymą. Atlikus tyrimą, nustatyta, kad jaunesnieji paaugliai verslumo sąvoką labiausiai sieja su savo verslo turėjimu. Rezultatai parodė, kad jaunesnieji paaugliai verslumą labiau vertina kaip įgytą savybę. Lyginant jaunesniųjų paauglių pasirinktas vertybes su L. Žadeikaitės, I. Zaleckienės (2008) pateiktu verslaus žmogaus modeliu, rezultatai mažai kuo skyrėsi. Jaunesnieji paaugliai išskyrė tokias aukščiausias vertybes: pažanga (kilimas), bendradarbiavimas (darbas komandoje), darbštumas (uolumas), drąsa, išsilavinimas, kūrybiškumas, atvirumas, laimėjimas, patogumas ir ramybė bei dėmesys. ENThere is established Youth education of enterprise in Lithuania the strategy of the economic literacy enterprise education (2004). This strategy cover changes and additions of the secondary school teaching content and education process seeking to introduce the teaching of economic literacy and education of enterprise. The education of enterprise cover knowledge, the education if skills, attitudes and personal traits consistent pupils’ age and the level of perception. The education of enterprise must be linked to the final result – to educate personal possible to function self and responsible. The content of the education of enterprise depend of leaner’s needs and possibilities to analyse available environment so it can be said that the content of education of enterprise conclude got and get knowledge, educated abilities, valuable attitudes and different activities.The object of research – younger adolescent’s approach to the education of enterprise by valuable aspect. After research it was find that younger adolescents the concept of enterprise mostly connect with the possession of own business. The results showed that younger adolescence more assess enterprise as got trait. There were used authors L. Žadeikatė and I Zaleckienė vividly introduced the enterprising human’s model as the part of research method. Based on this model there were analyzed the highest adolescent’s values. Comparing younger adolescent’s chosen values with the enterprising human’s model results little different. Younger adolescent distinguish such the highest values: progress, collaboration, diligence/assiduity, courage, education, creativity, openness, achievement, convenience and tranquility and attention.
