Pedagogų požiūris į priešmokyklinio amžiaus vaikų ugdymą kompetencijų centruose

LTŠiandien daug kalbama apie kompetencijų ugdymą priešmokykliniame amžiuje. Kiekviena ugdymo įstaiga ieško savo kelių ir būdų, kaip pagerinti šį procesą. Priešmokyklinį ugdymą reglamentuojančiuose dokumentuose akcentuojama, jog vaiką reikia ugdyti visapusiškai, todėl būtina jam padėti išsiugdyti visas esmines kompetencijas. Kintant švietimui reikia pereiti prie naujų ikimokyklinio ugdymo programų kūrimo pačiose ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose. Būtent tokį kelią ir pasirinko viena iš Šiaulių ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų. Pranešime aptariama šios ugdymo įstaigos pedagogų ir ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogams organizuoto seminaro dalyvių nuomonė apie priešmokyklinio amžiaus vaikų ugdymą kompetencijų centruose. Tyrimas parodė, jog respondentų nuomonė apie veiklas ugdymo centruose skiriasi, tačiau daugiau respondentų šias veiklas vertina palankiai, nori apie tai sužinoti daugiau. ENToday there is a much talk about developing competences for the pre-school children. Each educational institution is looking for their own ways and methods how to improve this process. In the documents that emphasize pre-primary education is written that for a child to develop fully, it is necessary to help him develop all the essential competencies. As the education is changing, there is a need to reach new development of educational programs exactly in the pre-school institutions. This way has been chosen of one of the Šiauliai pre-school kindergartens. The article presents the opinion of teachers and pre-school teachers about the education of pre-school children education in the centers of competences. The research has showed that opinion of respondents about the activities in the centers of competence differs; however, the majority of respondents is in favor of these activities and would like to learn more about this.
