ENIn this article author identifies some problems with implementation of management systems, from the perspective of management knowledge in the fields of process and change management. This article does not constitute theoretical contribution, but looks into practical problem of implementation of quality management systems. It provides little bridge form management to practice or otherwise. The main problems with quality systems implementation is: difficult identification of processes, disregard of internal structure of processes and impossibility of adaptation of changes in organization because or normative statement of ISO 9001:2000 standard requirements.
