Traumos romanas: kolektyvinė trauma literatūroje

LTStraipsnyje analizuojamos trauminės patirties literatūrinės interpretacijos ir jų formos atskleidžiant literatūrinio naratyvo vaidmenį trauminės patirties analizei bei aptariami traumos romano bruožai lietuvių kilmės JAV rašytojos Rūtos Šepetys romane „Tarp pilkų debesų“ (2011). Remiantis traumos teorija ir traumos grožinės literatūros analize, straipsnyje apžvelgiami skirtingi traumos romano aspektai ir pabėžiama kolektyvinės trauminės patirties įtaka asmens ir tautos identitetui. Rūtos Šepetys romane, kuriame aprašomi 1941 metais vykę masiniai trėmimai iš Lietuvos, pastebimi esminiai traumos romano bruožai. Kolektyvinės trauminės patirties aprašymas traumos romane tampa patvirtinimo procesu, per kurį pakartotinai išgyvenama ir analizuojama trauminė patirtis. ENThe article discloses the role of the relationship between fact and fiction in the trauma novel and discusses the features of the trauma novel Between Shades of Gray (2011) by Ruta Sepetys. Based on the trauma theory and trauma fiction, the article examines different dimensions of the trauma novel and questions the impact of the collective experience on personal and national identity. Different approaches undertaken by the authors of trauma fiction are analyzed and the role of the referential truth is evaluated. Ruta Sepetys’ novel, which describes the 1941 Soviet mass deportations from Lithuania, encompasses essential features of the trauma novel. In the trauma novel, the reconstruction of collective trauma becomes a process of restatement, during which the response to the work of fiction contains both personal and transpersonal dimension.
