Per Kryžiaus karus į žmogaus išganymą? Atlaidai ir kova su pagonimis: identifikacinės problemos

LTStraipsnio tikslas – identifikuoti Kryžiaus karų ideologinius faktorius ir nustatyti religines kategorijas, kuriomis remiantis būtų įmanoma Kryžiaus karų sakralizaciją ir atlaidų vietos identifikacija sakralizacijos procese. Kryžiaus karų ekspansija į Baltijos jūros rytinę pakrantę buvo tik religinio pobūdžio. Darbe labiau atsižvelgiama į teologinius problemos aspektus. Kalbant apie Kryžiaus karų epochą (XI a. pab. – XIV a. pab.) ir atlaidų vaidmenį Kryžiaus karo procese, susiduriame ne su dabarties teologija, bet su viduramžių teologija ir jos specifika. Dėl to nemažas dėmesys telkiamas į sąvokų ir kategorijų sampratas.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Baltijos jūros regionas; Kryžiaus karai; Atlaidai; Sakralizacija.

ENThe aim of this article is to identify they ideological factors of the crusades and establish religious categories based on which, the crusades’ sacralisation and identification of festival locations in the sacralisation process would be possible. The expansion of the Baltic Crusades to the eastern shores of the Baltic Sea was merely religious in nature. The work focuses more on an overview of aspect of the theological problems. Speaking about the epoch of the Crusades (from the beginning of the 11th century to the beginning of the 14th century) and the role of festivals in the Crusades, we agree with the medieval theology and its specifics rather than the contemporary theology. For this reason, much attention is paid to the understanding of concepts and categories.
