Turto vertė ir valdymas : makroekonominė aplinka, jos vaidmuo ir mokslinio pažinimo prioritetai

LTStraipsnis yra teorinio pobūdžio, jame nagrinėjami turto vertės ir valdymo makroekonominės aplinkos mokslinio pažinimo klausimai. Parodyta, kad turto vertės ir valdymo makroekonominės aplinkos tyrimai yra labai svarbi turto kūrimo, kaupimo, naudojimo, taip pat turto vertinimo ir valdymo procesams skirtų mokslinių tyrimų ir mokslinio pažinimo dalis. ENThis article is of a theoretical nature; the issues of scientific cognition of macroeconomic environment of the property value and management are analysed in this article. It is shown that research on the macroeconomic environment of the property value and management is a very important part of scientific cognition and scientific research on the processes of property creation, accumulation, use, as well as property valuation and management. The essence of the macroeconomic environment of property value and management is described in detail in the article and the main theoretical approaches of the scientific research on the macroeconomic environment of property value and management are highlighted. The structure of the macroeconomic environment of property value and management is characterized, the needs of an analysis of various social, economic, legal, political, technological segments, interactions with environment, and other segments of the macroeconomic environment of property value and management are highlighted.The main priorities of the scientific research on macroeconomic environment of property value and management are highlighted, it is shown that the key attention should be focused under contemporary conditions on the impact of the processes of globalization, economic and business internationalization, of the international mobilities of the European integration and of the enlargement of the European Union, as well as of the knowledge-based society and knowledge economy creation on the macroeconomic environment of property value and management.
