LTAptariama ugdymo dvasingumo samprata atsižvelgiant į transdisciplininio požiūrio perspektyvą. Iškeliama būtinybė atsižvelgti į neatsiejama ryšį, kuris egzistuoja tarp ugdymo, ugdymosi ir dvasingumo sampratų. Plėtojama daugiaaspektė argumentacija, kodėl su ugdymo klausimais dera sieti dialogiškumą ir žmogaus dvasinių galių ugdymą - bendrą asmens tobulėjimo ir savikūros pamatą. Tema nagrinėjama atskleidžiant ugdymo kaip veiklos šakos savitumus, siekiant aktualizuoti skirtingas mąstymo ir pajautos bei kiti} dvasinių galių paskirtis ir galimybes steigiant prasmes - asmens dvasinio aktyvumo šaltinį. ENThe conception of the spirituality of education is analyzed with regard to the perspective of interdisciplinary approach. The necessity to consider the concurrent relation, which exists between the conceptions of education, self-education and spirituality, is suggested. The article raises multidimensional arguments why the issues of education should be related to dialogue-based communication and education of a persons spiritual powers as bases of his/her overall development and self-creation. The peculiarities of education as a branch of activity are analyzed seeking for the relevance of various purposes of thinking, sensing and other spiritual powers as well as their possibilities to build meanings, sources of a persons spiritual activity.
